If you are entering a team, please ensure you have the following information to hand before completing the entry form:
- Each participant’s own home address
- Each participant’s own email address and phone number
- Emergency contact details for each participant
- Each participant’s t-shirt size – unless they are opting to wear a t-shirt from a previous year

Please note: We love a Men’s Walk t-shirt, but in an effort to reduce our event costs and environmental impact, we’re encouraging past walkers to celebrate the 13th Men’s Walk by wearing their t-shirts from years gone by! Your small act can make a big difference. This year’s t-shirts are a little more fitted than previously, so if you do request a Men’s Walk t-shirt and you like a looser fit, you may like to size up.
