Tell us what you think

We want to deliver great care. Your opinions can help us to do that. So please do share your feedback, whether it’s a suggestion, a complaint or a compliment.

Giving us feedback

Feedback forms are available in each of the hospice buildings. Please ask a member of staff if you need help to find a form, or help to fill it in.  If you’d prefer to give your feedback verbally, you’re welcome to talk to a member of staff directly. You can also share your feedback publicly at I Want Great Care.
