Giving us feedback
Feedback forms are available in each of the hospice buildings. Please ask a member of staff if you need help to find a form, or help to fill it in. If you’d prefer to give your feedback verbally, you’re welcome to talk to a member of staff directly. You can also share your feedback publicly at I Want Great Care.
If you need to make a complaint about our care:
We aim to provide outstanding care. If you feel we’ve fallen short and you need to make a complaint about our care, please contact Ann Rhys, Clinical Director. You can write to Ann at Searle House, Dryden Road, Exeter EX2 5JJ or call her on 01392 688000.
We’ll write to you with our response. This will include details of any investigation (if relevant) and when we expect to resolve your complaint.
