To thank those raising funds this year, we’ve teamed up with a handful of local businesses to create a hamper full of incredible prizes – it’s our biggest fundraising giveaway to date!
To be in with a chance of winning, you’ll need to:
- Sign up to take part in Men’s Walk 2024
- Individually fundraise £200 or more via JustGiving or our Men’s Walk sponsorship forms.
Please note: we’ll need to have received your fundraising by 22 March 2024 in order to enter you into the draw. If you’re using a paper sponsorship form, make sure you send your fundraising into us in good time after the walk! The draw will take place on 28 March 2024 and we’ll contact the winner shortly after.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Hospiscare whose registered name and office is: Hospiscare, Searle House, Dryden Road, Exeter, Devon EX2 5JJ. Registered Company in England and Wales: 2164215. Registered Charity No: 297798
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are over 16 years of age and have individually fundraised £200 or more as part of their participation in Men’s Walk 2024
3. Employees of Hospiscare, Hospiscare (Shops) Limited and Hospiscare Lottery and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation are eligible to enter.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prizes available are as follows: A Men’s Walk Hamper.
12. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize will be available or delivered.
13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social media network. You are providing your information to Hospiscare and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found by clicking here.
19. The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
22. The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel the event if circumstances arise outside of its control.
23. All participants will be put into a raffle on 28 March 2024, where 1 winner will be selected at random.
