Join us on Saturday 13th August for The Cabana Ball; an exclusive evening of drinks, food & dancing! This is a one-off, special event being held to raise vital funds for Hospiscare who, this year, are in their 40th year of service.
There’ll be a cash bar open during the evening so the event is strictly over 18s only.

DRESS CODE
The dress code for the Cabana Ball is “Creative Black Tie”. “Creative Black Tie” is the formal dress code that allows you to have fun! Women are not required to wear evening gowns or ball gowns (but can if they want to). Women can mix it up by wearing long dresses with patterns and sequins, cocktail dresses or even dressy separates (such as dressy jump suits, tux pants and/or blazers). Men should think creatively and add pops of texture & colour to their formal wear. This includes anything from velvet suits to paisley cummerbunds and jazzy ties. The Cabana Ball is a summer celebration; we encourage you to wear bright, bold & fun colours in the spirit of the event.
BOOKING FEES & TERMS
PLEASE NOTE : – The above prices do not include booking fees. You will need to pay a booking fee when booking your tickets for The Cabana Ball, online. This is because a percentage of each payment is taken by Stripe (our online payment agent) and by Ticket Tailor (our online ticket agent). The booking fees for the online tickets are as follows:
- £1.20 per person for individual tickets (this will be shown separately on your order)
- £1.00 per person for table tickets (£10.00 will be added to the total price for the table)
With the booking fees included our Upgraded Tables are £450.00 (£45.00 per person) and Prosecco Tables are £465 (£46.50 per person).
Please note that bookings are non-refundable. If you change your mind after booking your tickets or your plans change and you find you are unable to attend the event you will not be entitled to a refund. In the unforeseen situation where the event has to be cancelled and it does not go ahead, you will be refunded for your ticket costs less the booking fee.
