Open Garden – Moorside, Payhembury

A large garden, designed to attract wildife

Extending to about 2/3 of an acre, the garden has been planted with the main aim of attracting wildlife. A bog garden features astilbe and candelabara primula collections, with other moisture and shade loving plants. There are rose and perennial borders, a small wildflower area, a stream, ponds a fruit and vegetable garden and an apiary.

Admission:  £5 to all three Payhembury gardens

Parking:  In Village Hall car park

Refreshments:  Tea, coffee and cakes in Village Hall
