Are you looking for your next challenge or bucket list adventure? Why not conquer your fears and impress your peers while helping your local hospice to raise vital funds for people facing life-limiting illnesses?
Taking place on 17 October, do you have the fortitude to “brave the blaze” and walk on hot coals for Hospiscare? With the heat beneath your feet, this challenge will test your courage and determination!
Our experienced firewalk trainers will guide you through the process and teach you the techniques to conquer the coals safely. You’ll learn how to focus your mind, channel your energy and overcome self-doubt.
Open to anyone aged 18 and over and suitable for all fitness levels, the Firewalk costs £30 to sign up with a suggested £200 sponsorship raised by each walker for Hospiscare.
Each participant will receive:
- Finishers t-shirt and certificate
- Free hot drink and cookie after signing in on event day (if you’d like to cover these costs yourself, pop some money in the collection bucket at the event or why not make a donation on your JustGiving page?)
- Mind over matter masterclass from Certified Firewalking Masters
- Bespoke fundraising poster
- Fundraising support including access to collection tins for your office, local shop or pub
- Free pint voucher courtesy of Crave (18+)
By raising £200 sponsorship, you will fund over five hours of specialised bereavement support for local families.
