As our Ecommerce Manager you will manage a small dedicated and knowledgeable team to maximise income and profitability for the charity, and lead on the development of new sales platforms to increase our online presence as part of Hospiscare’s ecommerce strategy.  You will be commercially aware, creative and innovative.

You will have detailed knowledge of Ebay with demonstrable experience of selling vintage/retro clothing, furniture and accessories, and of stock management systems, multi-platform selling, pricing strategies and reporting and analysis, alongside your understanding of Depop and own-brand online stores.

Additionally, you will have significant experience of managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets and business objectives, and be able to demonstrate developed leadership abilities including great communication skills.
