Bank Hospiscare@Home Registered Nurse Band 5 – Seaton & Axminster

Registered Nurse - Hospiscare Band 5, from £24,214 per annum pro rata Hours as required to provide cover for the 24 hour, 7 day service provision

Fantastic opportunity to join our Bank for the Hospiscare@Home team in Seaton and Axminster!

This is an amazing opportunity to join the Bank for Hospiscare’s passionate Hospiscare@Home team in the role of Registered Nurse.  The team has a first class reputation for delivering an excellent standard of evidence based palliative nursing care and clinical advice for adults registered with a GP in the Seaton and Axminster area. As a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the assessment and review of patients, prioritising their needs and ensuring effective communication is in place to support patient care.

We are looking for experience of caring for patients with life limiting conditions and an understanding of the complexities of working with individuals at times of distress and conflict.  You must be able to manage a caseload, prioritising your workload and your time effectively.  You will work autonomously and act on your own initiative as required.

This role involves travel within the community setting and participating in the seven day service provision to include nights.  In return you will be participating in the work of a clinical employer of choice in the region, and will receive a competitive rate of pay.
