After many weeks of closure, we’re working hard to re-open our Hospiscare shops and get back to raising vital funds to care for Hospiscare patients.
We’re closely following all the latest government guidance to make sure we keep our customers, volunteers and staff safe. Preparations are underway to re-open our shops on a phased basis, starting with the Online shop team and the Exeter Warehouse in March Barton.
Exeter Warehouse opening for Donations from Monday 29 June
The Hospiscare Warehouse in Exeter will be opening its doors to accept good quality donations Monday 29 June to Friday 3 July,10 am to 2 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept donations of furniture or children’s toys at the moment. Find out more about items we are unable to accept as donations
Exeter Warehouse Shop re-opening on Monday 6 July
We’re excited to welcome our customers back to the Exeter Warehouse store from Monday 6 July, we’ll be operating with reduced opening days and hours: Monday to Saturday 10 am - 3 pm and closed on Sundays. We’ll only be accepting card payments and there’ll be other safety measures in place throughout the store.
Selected shops in Exeter, Exmouth, Cullompton and Crediton re-opening Friday 10 July
The following Hospiscare shops will be re-opening on Friday 10 July:
We’ll be operating with reduced opening days and hours for shopping: Tuesday to Saturday 10 am - 3 pm and closed Sunday’s and Monday’s. Please note that we will only be accepting donations between the hours of 3 - 4 pm, don’t forget to Gift Aid your donation! If possible, it would be great if you could call the shop in advance to make sure we can accommodate your donation as we are expecting high levels of donations when we initially re-open and don’t want to disappoint you.

After many weeks of lockdown, we’re anticipating a large number of donations. You can help by pre-sorting your donations before bringing them to us and by donating your items in batches if you have a large amount.
Unfortunately, for now, we won’t be able to accept donations of furniture or children’s toys. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we really appreciate your patience.
