The 10k charity trek starts from Sandy Park, the home of Exeter Chiefs, on Saturday 17th March and returns to the ground where pasties and pints will be served up as a reward.
Participants will also get the chance to rest their weary limbs and watch the England v Ireland Six Nations game on the big screen.
Events manager for Exeter-based Hospiscare, Louise Beeken, said there had been a huge amount of interest in the event since it launched last week.
“This is all about the men having a good day out as well as raising valuable funds for us and that really seems to have captured the imagination,” she added.
“We have been extremely busy fielding calls and registering both individuals and teams.”
