A one day introducation to anyone who comes into contact and has conversations with people who are suffering loss, whether in person or on the telephone. This course is taught by Hospiscare's Bereavement Co-ordinator and team member.

An introduction to loss
Practical advice and simple but meaningful communication skills
Exploring own role in providing bereavement support
How the Hospiscare service addresses and supports people who are experiencing grief and bereavement
