We take every complaint seriously and will respond to all written complaints within two working days.
If you wish to make a complaint regarding any aspect of our service this can be done via any senior manager or by contacting the Director of Nursing or Chief Executive via the Hospice. We understand we do not always get it right, and our complaints policy is aimed at ensuring a constructive outcome so that all parties involved learn from the experience in order to benefit future patients and their families.
